How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, please allow 24hrs for your items to be packaged and shipped.

Shipping within the US will arrive within 3-5 business days unless an express method is chosen.

If shipping international, your order will still be processed and shipped within 24hrs hours however please allow 7-10 days for your delivery or longer depending on customs. Shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.  Rates vary by country and what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Do you sell at any local events or shops?

Yes, we do partner with local businesses for trunk shows and events. We will post our presence for these events on social media and once you sign up for our newsletter, you will stay connected with upcoming events, sales, contests as well as our new retail partners where you can buy RAZ product!

What if I can’t add an item to my cart?

If you are having any difficulty adding product to your cart, please email us directly at so we can help you with the problem and solve the issue. We will respond within 24hrs of your email.

What if an item is sold out?

If an item is sold out, please email us directly at to let us know which item you are interested in, size and color. We will notify you on whether we will be moving forward with the style you have chosen and if so how long it will take to receive. You will then be able to pre-order or choose another style we do have in stock. All items that are pre-ordered will be billed upon shipping.
